This dish was amazing and so was the restaurant. The owners are the nicest small business family in town and have another Italian restaurant (Luigi's) that's been in business over 10 years. Worth a visit when you're in town!

Paella Mixta

We have the paella the first night Elia was open. WOW.... what a terrific meal four of us shared. The service on the first night at many places can be iffy at best. Not here. We will be back soon.
